Healing Pods, spheres and columns and spaces of energy exist already in the light dimensions and even though a “pod” is mentioned, the Light Beings might guide you to stand in a column of light for this process of clearing / restoring / inspiring / enlightening you to the original blueprint for you to exist as and maintain a state of health on all levels of your Being.
